The seven-star luxury hotel, spanning 150,000 square meters, stands as an iconic destination not just in Ras Al Khaimah but throughout the region. Valued at AED 1.1 billion and encompassing ground plus 21 floors, it serves as the crown jewel of the Emirate. It was delivered by AHCD in 2013.

Formerly known as Al Hamra Fort Hotel and Beach Resort, and later as Hilton Al Hamra Beach Resort, the property is presently undergoing renovations and redesign to emerge as the Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort, Ras Al Khaimah. The renovation project is under the management of Al Hamra Construction and Development (AHCD).

Standing as the tallest residential apartment buildings in Al Hamra Village, the Royal Breeze Apartments provide uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, Al Hamra Golf Club, and a bird's-eye view of the Al Hamra area. AHCD successfully completed and delivered this project in 2012.

Bab Al Bahr, constructed by AHCD, features six pyramid-shaped residential buildings, establishing itself as one of the inaugural residential communities on the esteemed Al Marjan Island. Currently, three buildings are under the management of Rixos Hotels, owned by Aldar, while the remaining three constitute the Bab Al Bahr residential community, offering direct sea access. This neighborhood stands out as one of the most upscale areas in the Emirate.

Formerly known as Banyan Tree Al Wadi Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert stands as one of the most opulent hotels in both Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE, renowned for delivering extraordinary experiences to its guests. Drawing inspiration from traditional Bedouin architecture, each villa gazes upon the desert landscape and provides a generous layout with a spacious lounge, private pool, living room, and bathrooms featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. AHCD was behind the project.

Mina Al Arab, by RAK Properties, is a comprehensive destination featuring residential buildings, upscale villas, retail outlets, dining options, hospitality services, and a marina. In 2010, AHCD successfully completed the construction and delivery of 16 residential buildings, along with 93 townhouses and villas, contributing to the continuous growth of this vibrant neighborhood.

AHCD delivered Al Hamra Marina Residences - 8 residential buildings in Al Hamra Village. The midrise residential apartment complexes are renowned for their outstanding space utilization and boast scenic views of the esteemed Royal Yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah. These buildings provide sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf and Al Marjan Island. Additionally, Marina Residences Phase 3, an extension to the current residential structures, is currently being constructed, showcasing a modern and contemporary design.

AHCD delivered the first phases of Al hamra Village in 2008. Al Hamra Village stands as the first fully-integrated, 24/7 residential neighborhood and tourism hotspot in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, drawing residents from over 100 countries. Positioned within the 3-mile growth corridor of the emirate, the development comprises residential villas, townhouses, and apartments, along with luxury hotels and resorts, a world-class marina, a championship golf course, and a diverse array of food and beverage outlets. Ongoing projects within the community aim to elevate the experience for both residents and visitors.

AHCD delivered Golf Apartments in 2006. Perched above the verdant expanse of a championship golf course, weaving through four interconnected lagoons and neighboring Al Hamra Mall, the Golf Apartments achieve an ideal equilibrium between the tranquility of their surroundings and the vibrancy of city life. The ground floor hosts retail spaces, while the four upper floors are designated for residential use.
